Working of the SRING forum

Considering that
-Ludwig_von_frayner (former emperor)
-Comyr (current emperor)
Have not administer the forum even if listed
And that
-Pippa (living player)
is not active (last visit to the forum in December 2016)

The list mentions that the current emperor/empress may be part of admin team but was denied in the past by Raboude even if strictly written, hence I have no choice to add the current Emperor.
Also, even though it is written, going forward, the addition of former monarch will need to be discussed by the admin team prior allowing it.

Jade will no longer be active on this forum as an admin, she resigned from this position due to a lack of time. She has done "a hell of a job" here so I'd like to thank her for all her work. Being an admin is no easy task, and her vigilance and dedication was much appreciated.
I'll discuss with Freas on how we best manage this forum (and handover after elections) in the future, but if anyone has suggestions, feel free to post them here.

2. Admins

   After his or her reign, a former monarch can join the admin team if he or she wishes to. 3. Requesting new forums/groups
   Any councillor* can request a new forum/subforum/group here: http://sring.actieforum.com/f11-requests or in a PM to any admin.
   When making this request, give as many details as possible about who should receive access. This will make our job easier in providing you with what you want in one go. If you are no councillor, ask one of them or the emperor to back your request.
   
   *Equally valid for the Master of the Imperial Household or Head Translator.

   • Don't delete topics or posts, move a topic to the archives if you wish a new start.
     
   • Keep it RP as much as you can.
     
   • Try to remember to have fun, we're playing a game after all ;-)
