Done. I also set the permissions in this subforum so you are able to create special messages (sticky, announcement) yourself from now on. Can you test and confirm me if you are able?

As for the other forums, I will check them during the upcoming days so at least the councillors and the regent have this permission everywhere.

Yes, I can create the special messages ( important and announcement), but I can not edit posts existing.
