problem of forumaccount

Player of Scarpetta cannot log in neither register. When (s)he tries to register it states the usernam is already used :

But when (s)he tries to log in it states wrong username or password

And in the list of member the account does not appear.

What is it posisble to do?

So here is the thing. The account name is indeed already taken. It was registered like about a week ago with the same e-mail address provided by you.
Basically that means that she or he never activated the account via the email that was sent to the email.

As solution, she or he could have used the email to activate the account.
Past, because I just activated the account manually.

Therefore she or he SHOULD be able to login now given that the user knows the password.
If that is not the case, I would suggest to try to reset the password with the email.

If that does not work, write me again.
And if it works, tell me here as well, because I would like to know.
