a user has the problem:

Username: Louisette Silinie
Your account is currently inactive, the administrator of the
board will need to activate it before you can log in.
You will receive another e-mail when this will be done.

Can you please settle the problem?

The user has been activated manually. She should be able to login now.

The automatic activation (instead of the manual one) has been put on months ago. If people don't activate their account themselves, of course it won't work and admin will have to intervene...

She wrote to the Emperor saying that someone has to activate her account, maybe she didn't receive the confirmation male...sometimes it happens.

I activated her account as well as the one of "Loulou". Could she be "Louisette Silinie" that tried twice? If yes, I will delete the second account.

Good evening Admin,

I have a problem with the iscrition to the forum of the username Cassorni (she's the provincial admiral of Modena).

Yesterday (9th January) after midnight the player have compiled the form to request the access to the SRING forum, but she did not receive the email for confirmation. I told her to control in the spam, but the mail was not there.

What can we do? What can I tell to Cassorni?

I can activate her manually but couldn't even found her! Can you ask her to resubmit and let me know ? I will check right away.

Since Cassorni was able to post, I think the issue is now settled.

The account was activated manually. Can you ask him to check his mailbox (possibly spam folder)? This way, he has a backup for his password. If he doesn't receive mails, please ask him to send the email to me in a PM so I can verify. He should be able to login and use the forum properly now.
