I need a room to meet the consul of Britain. Have we this type of office with a minimum of privacy?

Such requests needs to be done by me Sarah, since only the Imperial Chancellor can ask to create new rooms required for the chancellery.
In fact I don't have any room left of the private rooms I used to use for such events. Maybe the admins can create a new "green salon" for this occasion please?
