Request for an another closed room in the subforum of the Provost

Might I ask for the specific usage of that new subforum? As you said "closer", it implies for me you want something like a closed office for yourself to work at - though I could have understood that wrongly.

And regarding the access, I would need some information as well: Shall just the Provost and Emperor/Regent have access? Or do you need another access group as well?

For now - until you give me that information so I can better understand what you want - I created a new subforum.
As you can see below, I did not create another access group just for that room... yet. As I am not sure if you meant "closer" in the way I think or if I misinterpreted that.

this room will be an investigation room for conducting inquiries. So I'll be giving access to the various protagonists.
This investigation room will house the various documents and other evidence I might find.
The room that Stormwak had requested is a room that I'm going to reserve for another investigation and in which I'm going to invite people who are not involved in the same case
