| People need access to the Hall of Otto, but there is no group for the Hall of Otto, which group holds make it so that people get access to this? | |

| Three weeks ago, I explained to you how it works and provided you the list of all groups by pm.
I explained that you were the moderator and the one who can give access. Hence, you need to give access to the imperial ambassadors for their embassy and also to a foreign ambassadors who would want to meet within the imperial chancellery.
You were then able to give access to ambassadors who joined the chancellery on May 30th, so why are you not able to do it now?
So, for the current problem I see in the reception hall, you should go into the group [Chancellery] Sweden where you are the modo and give access to the user. From what I see, you didn't add any ambassadors since May 30th in Otto Hall

| I understand that if someone needs to be added to a group he or she can see that topic under which the groups falls, but for the otto hall there is no group (at least not in my list of groups), so you are saying that a person who is in a subgroup for their region (e.g. Sweden) can see the hall of Otto via that way? | |

| So, if someone is added to a group (e.g. Sweden), that person will only see this :
Level 1: Chancellery Level 2 : Hall of Otto the First Level 3 : - Balkans - Eastern Realms - English Provinces - Iberian Peninsula - Kalmar Union Level 4: Kingdom of Sweden - Northern Realms - Western Realms
So no, there is no group for the Hall of Otto because it is not needed and the place can be seen from the index once the access is given. You can ask any ambassador to get you a print screen of what they see, not a vice-chancellor as they don't have the same set of keys.
Does this answer your question or help you?

| I am sorry to once again come over as a very stupid user of forums, but I must ask. In a meeting in the halls of Otto, are the discussions private (as they are in the parlor) or more public (as in more than only the group members can read them)? | |

| In the Hall of Otto, the only person that can see a discussion are: - Chancellor - Vice-Chancellors - Individuals given access to that specific group
I will keep the example of Sweden that I have given before. So if you have a discussion within the Hall of Otto, in the Kingdom of Sweden section, only you, the 2 players of vice-chancellors, the player of imperial ambassador to Sweden and any Sweden diplomats you have given the access will be able to see the discussion.
The parlor are set-up differently - Chancellor - Individuals given access to that specific group
The parlor needs to be used when other people, from the council or non diplomat, are required to intervene in a discussion.
The Hall of Otto was designed for long-term conversation as part of the diplomatic discussions while parlor are for short discussion requiring the involvement of non-diplomat.
I hope this help. | |
