New wing in the Chancellery

I wanted to put a structure on the forum with an embassy for each realm with access to only the individuals related to those realms. This way, private exchange can also be done on top of the usual exchange of information.

Hence I would like that new wing "Hall of Otto the First" and have several sub-forum on it, once for each realm:
Northern Realms : Zeme Koruny, Krolestwo Polskie, Novgorod Republic
